Our focus: vein health first
Most of what we do centers on the veins in your legs. Conditions like varicose veins and spider veins are not only a cosmetic concern — they can be a sign of underlying venous insufficiency that causes real symptoms. We start by listening to what you are experiencing, then use ultrasound vein diagnosis to map how blood is moving through your legs before recommending any treatment.

Care led by experience
Treatment at Charming Skin & Vein Clinics is led by Dr. Abboud, who brings more than 20 years of medical experience to patient care. Dr. Abboud is a graduate of the University of Damascus and completed residency training at Cook County Hospital and John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital in Chicago. That long background informs a careful, patient-centered approach — we take time to understand each person’s situation rather than rushing toward a one-size-fits-all answer. How we help
Because every set of legs is different, we offer a range of modern, minimally invasive options and match the approach to your diagnosis. Depending on what the ultrasound shows, treatment may include:
- Endovenous laser (EVLA) to close larger problem veins
- Varithena foam treatment for certain vein patterns
- VenaSeal closure as a non-thermal option
- Compression therapy to support circulation and comfort
Many of these procedures are performed in-office and allow you to return to your normal day with little downtime. We will walk you through what each option involves so you can make an informed decision.

We see patients at three convenient locations: Chicago (5907 W. 63rd St.), Oak Brook (2425 W. 22nd St. #205), and Orland Park (10 Orland Square Dr.). See our service areas for the communities we serve. Most PPO plans and Medicare cover treatment for symptomatic veins; cosmetic vein work is self-pay.
