Hand rejuvenation with ALMI

ALMI is a non-surgical option that uses your own concentrated cellular and growth-factor material, prepared from a small sample of your blood, to support the appearance of the skin on the back of the hands. It is offered for people who would like to explore ways to restore a softer, fuller look.

What ALMI for hands is

ALMI (Autologous Living Micrograft Injection) involves drawing a small amount of your blood, processing it to concentrate the regenerative components, and reintroducing that material into the skin on the back of the hands. Because the material comes from your own body, the approach is designed to work with your natural tissue. It is a non-surgical, in-office procedure often considered by people whose hands are beginning to look thin or aged.

How the process works

After an initial consultation, a small blood sample is collected and prepared. The concentrated material is then carefully placed into the targeted areas on the back of the hands. Treatment is typically performed in a single appointment, and some people choose a series of sessions spaced over time. A personalized plan is discussed during your consultation based on your skin and your goals.

What to expect and recovery

Most people are able to return to their usual routine shortly after the appointment. Mild tenderness, redness, or swelling at the treated areas can occur and generally settles on its own. Outcomes vary from person to person, and any sense of change tends to develop gradually rather than immediately. Your provider will review aftercare guidance with you.

Who it may suit

This option may interest adults who notice gradual thinning of the skin, prominence of veins and tendons, or a loss of softness on the back of the hands and would like to explore a non-surgical approach. A consultation is the best way to understand whether ALMI is a reasonable fit for your situation, as suitability depends on individual factors.
